The price covers the vehicle with chauffeur, motorway tolls, water and Wi-Fi on board. Airport pickups also include flight tracking, a meet and greet in the arrivals hall with a name sign and 45 minutes of waiting from landing.
The chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall, right after the exit from the baggage area, holding a sign with your name. At Malpensa he comes to the terminal your flight lands at; Linate and Bergamo each have a single terminal.
Airport pickups include 45 minutes of waiting from landing, time for passport control and luggage. Beyond the 45 minutes waiting costs 60 euro per hour. If you think you will need longer, message us on WhatsApp as soon as you land so we can tell the chauffeur.
