The west shore from Como to Menaggio
From Como to Menaggio is about 34 km and about 50 minutes in normal traffic, all on the SS340 Regina: Cernobbio, Moltrasio, Argegno, Lenno, Tremezzo and Cadenabbia, one after another along the shore. The state road is narrow and slow in season, partly because of the site vehicles for the Variante della Tremezzina bypass, which is not open yet: completion is planned for 2028. The public alternative is the C10 bus, which takes about 1 h 10 from Como to Menaggio, with your suitcases to lift on board.
